BMFA F5J National Championships

BMFA F5J National Championships 2026 is a two-day event 29-30 August. One dropped score in the preliminary rounds over the two days combined. Winner of the fly-off will be the National Champion.

Additionally:

• This is a Team Selection event for the GBR National Team at the WCH 2027 in the US. (Selection on the basis of a pilot’s best two results in Radioglide, Interglide, these National Championships). Team selection results for this event will be the preliminary rounds only, again with one dropped score over the two days combined.)
• Results for the preliminary rounds in each of the two days will count as League events. (One dropped score for each day). And pilots have the option of entering for one of the two days only).
• There will be a separate award for pilots of 2m models. (Pilots who fly only 2m models in the competition are eligible. They are also eligible for awards in the Open class – no need to elect which class. No double entries).
